    An employer posts a genuine vacancy and deposits a fixed bountiii, processed through Stripe, before the role goes live.

    Simply share a bountiii with a tracked link. No account needed. A candidate applies directly to the employer.

    The community shares the bountiii

    If a successful hire stays past the qualifying retention period the employer set, the fixed bountiii is shared across the verified referral path, and any unfilled shares are kept by bountiii.
