Find the right people for the job.

The right person usually isn't reading job ads. But someone knows them, or knows someone who does. An employer funds a bountiii up front, anyone can pass the role on, and if the hire works out, the money is shared with the people who passed it on.

Most applications go nowhere. Referrals are how roles get filled.

Referred candidates are a small share of the people who apply, but a large share of the people who get hired. That gap is the reason bountiii exists.

What actually gets people hired

Only around 7%
of applicants come through a referral
But around 40%
of hires come from those referrals

People trust people they know. A referral arrives already vouched for, while a stranger's CV starts from scratch.

Around 10×
the hire rate
Roughly 1 in 10 referred candidates is hired, compared with around 1 in 100 cold applicants.

bountiii is built on that gap. The employer sets a fixed bountiii and funds it before the role goes live, and the people on the verified referral path that produced the hire share it.

The referral figures above are third-party industry estimates (Jobvite and SHRM) and are shown for context only. Reported figures vary between studies. They describe the wider hiring market, not results on bountiii, and are not a prediction of any outcome.

How it works

  1. 1

    An employer funds a bountiii

An employer posts a genuine vacancy and deposits a fixed bountiii, processed through Stripe, before the role goes live.

  2. 2

    Anyone can share the bountiii

Simply share a bountiii with a tracked link. No account needed. A candidate applies directly to the employer.

  3. 3

    The community shares the bountiii

If a successful hire stays past the qualifying retention period the employer set, the fixed bountiii is shared across the verified referral path.
